Obituary:
Thomas “Milton” Parrott age 90, of Warren, Ar. died Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the Bradley County Medical Center. He was born October 6, 1919 in Boswell, Oklahoma, a son of the late William Edgar Parrott and Nannie Bernice Ashcraft Parrott. He was retired from the Warren Police department with 20 years of service and a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Also preceding him in death are brothers, Clifton Parrott, Marks Parrott and William “Duke” Parrott. He is survived by his wife whom he married April 24, 1943, Eunice Turner Parrott. 2 daughters, Linda Hollingsworth, Warren, AR,; and Diana Hoppers, Pine Bluff, AR . 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 1:30pm Wednesday, January 6th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Jim Bales and Rev. Robin Hood officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and soloist was Mary Robbins Fierce. Burial was in Union Cemetery at Rye, by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Donald Hollingsworth, Justin Hollingsworth, Bubba York, Phillip Hoppers, David Hoppers and Randy Peek. Honorary pallbearers were Todd Hoppers, Thomas Hollingsworth, Rick Anders, Butch Belin, Ralph Reep, Stan Sharp, Jack Gambill, Keith Neely and Dr. James W. Marsh.
