Maxine Reynolds Adams, age 81, of Warren, AR died Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Bradley County Medical Center. She was born February 25, 1928 in Warren, AR, a daughter of the late William Forrest Reynolds and Ophie Ashcraft Reynolds. She was a retired civil service secretary, a member of First Baptist Church and the widow of Woodrow W. Adams, who died January 28, 1983. Also, preceding her in death was a brother, Roy Terral Reynolds. Survivors are a first cousin and caregiver Martha Norman Sowell of Little Rock, AR, Sister in law Camilla Reynolds of North Little Rock, AR and 2 nephews. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25 at Frazerís Chapel with Rev. Greg Stanley officiating. Soloist was Jonathan Magee. Organist was Linda Barrett. Burial was in Union Cemetery at Rye, AR by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active Pallbearers were Delbert Zimmerly, Leonard Hicks, Gerald Burton, Gary Cooper, John Lipton, John McClellan , Ralph Coston and Renious Harton.

Message: I am so sorry to learn of Maxine's death. I remember her visiting Enon Baptist Church at Rye with her family when I was growing up. Also, she never missed a homecoming at Enon that I knew of. She will be missed.
