Louise Campbell Ferguson, age 89, of LaPorte, Texas formerly of New Edinburg, Arkansas died Sunday, May 10, at Cedar Bayou Nursing Home, Baytown, Texas. She was born March 26, 1920 in Cleveland County, Arkansas a daughter of the late Duncan Campbell and Jeannie Hunter Campbell. She was a Presbyterian, a retired social worker and held Masters Degree from LSU. She was preceded in death by her husband Al Ferguson; a brother Dr. Leonard Hunter Campbell and a sister Helen Ellis. Surviving are 2 sisters Jean C. Frisby, Warren, Ark. and Clara Holmes, Baton Rouge, La; a care giver Warren DuPlantier, LaPorte, Texas. Graveside services were 10:00am Monday, May 18, at Shady Grove Cemetery near New Edinburg with Rogers Thomason officiating. Arrangements by Frazerís Funeral Home of Warren.
