Obituary:
Gary Hamil, age 51, of Warren, AR. died Monday March 2, at his home. Born December 13, 1957 in Warren, AR. he was a former aircraft mechanic, U.S. Navy veteran, was a HAM radio and computer enthusiast, member First Assembly of God Church and preceded in death by his father James Russell Hamil. Survivors are his mother Sarah Hamil, Warren, AR. 1 brother James Stanley Hamil, Warren, AR., a special friend Jodi Selby, Arkadelphia, AR., a close friend James Wright, Fordyce, AR., and several cousins. Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. Wednesday March 4, First Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Jim Bales, Rev. John Kidwell and James Wright officiating. Organist were Shirley Outlaw, Georgia Jones and soloist were Angie Winters, Mitch Powell and Mary Fierce. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Aaron Hewitt, Keith Harrington, Clayton Winters, Van Cotham, Randall Lewis and Ricky Lewis. Memorials preferred First Assembly of God Church Building Fund; P.O. Box 30, Warren, AR. 71671.
