Message: I fondly remember Tom and would frequent his office for a hello. I purchased a home in Bearden from Tom. Close proximity to the rail road. Upon final signing in front of the home, a train roared by. Tom and I just looked at each other. I commented to Tom I was hesitant about the train. Tom replied “ Son if you buy a house in Arkansas and it Ain’t near a rail road you done something wrong”. I signed and never a further concern!
