Margie M. Thompson Booker age 79 of North Little Rock, Ark; died Wednesday, April 23rd at home. She was born June 10, 1928 in Bradley County Arkansas, a daughter of the late John Robert Hughes and Pearl Johnston Hughes. She was a retired factory worker, a seamstress, a Baptist and the widow of Troy E. Thompson who died January 22, 1973 and Sammie E. Booker who died December 10, 1982. She is survived by 2 sons Sammie Thompson, Jacksonville, Ark,. Felton Thompson, Little Rock, Ark. 5 daughters, Bernice Drake and spouse Johnny, North Little Rock, Ark.; Barbara Williams, Benton, Ark.; Linda Byrd, North Little Rock, Ark; Rita Howard, North Little Rock, Ark,.; and Mary Katherine Thompson, Little Rock, Ark. 3 brothers, Tommy Williams and Lee Wayne Williams both of Warren, Ark.; Marvin Chambers of Oregon. 5 Sisters, Vera Mae Elkins, Pine Bluff, Ark.; Nora Ann Sipes, White Hall, Ark.; Betty Sue Morrow, Hope, Ark.; Anna Lee Loomis, Warren, Ark. and Beulah Faye Eshliman, Rosemead, CA. 18 grandchildren , 30 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 2:00PM Saturday, April 26th at Frazerís Chapel with Rev. Gary Carter officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazerís. Active pallbearers were Bobby Drake, Ronnie Davidson, Jr., Matthew Davidson, Jason Drake, Brian Howard, David Williams, Mark Williams and Clifton Williams. Honorary pallbearers were Ronnie Davidson, SR., Johnny Drake, Steve Miller, Kenneth Thompson.
