Tom Haley, age 90 of Warren, Arkansas died Tuesday, January 15 at Baptist Medical Center, Little Rock. Mr. Haley and his wife Anne moved to Parkway Village in January 2006. He was born January 6, 1918 in Dermott, Arkansas a son of the late John Thomas Haley, Sr. and Mary Crook Haley. He received his education in the Dermott Schools, Arkansas A and M, Hendrix College and George Washington University. He served in the U S Marine Corp during world War II and practiced law in Warren joining Aubert Martin in 1948 to form the firm of Martin and Haley. At his retirement he was of council to the firm of Haley, Claycomb, Roper and Anderson. He was a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. He was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church of Warren serving on the Building Committee that constructed the new church which opened in l961. Mr. Haley served as city attorney for the City of Warren from l948 to 1986. Surviving is his wife Anne Crow Haley whom he married on October 14, 1956 at Warren. Preceding him in death were a brother William Bryan Haley and a sister Mildred Haley Graves. Committal services 3:45pm Friday, January 18, at Oakland Cemetery, Warren. Memorial services were 4:00pm Friday, January 18, at First Presbyterian Church, Warren,AR.. with Rev. Dari Victoria Rowen, Rev. Jeff Price, Rev. Arthur F. Fogartie officiating. Janice Majors was organist. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Murray Claycomb, Rick Roper, Bruce Anderson, Jim Crow, Tom Crow, Bryan Martin, Tom Paulus, Dennis Graves and Tommy Graves.
