Steven Dewayne Pruitt, age 19, of Warren, AR. died Tuesday June 5, in Warren, AR. Born March 1, 1988 in Warren, AR. he was an employee of Garryck’s Quick Lube, a Baptist and graduate of Hermitage High School. Survivors are his mother and step father Paula Byrd and Richard Byrd of Warren, AR. His father and step mother Kenny Pruitt and Devin Pruitt of Moro Bay, AR. Maternal grandparents Paul Jankowski and Doris Jankowski of Warren, AR. Paternal grandmother Vera Pruitt of Fordyce, AR., Paternal step grandparents Dan Jones and Carrie Jones of Moro Bay, AR., Paternal step grandmother Mary Joyce Byrd of Jersey, AR. 2 sisters Kayla Pruitt and Rachel Pruitt both of Moro Bay, AR. His fiancé Brittney Taylor of Warren, AR. He was preceded in death by grandparents Hubert Pruitt and Willie Byrd. Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. Friday June 8, Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Thomas Lanthrip officiciating. Rita Spillers was pianist, soloist were Allison Luker and Donna Cargile. Burial was in Pruitt Cemetery in Drew County, AR. by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Fred Clay, Blake Pope, Tim Sled, Justin Mann, Lonnie Raybond, Lloyd Byrd, John Gill, Garryck Reep, Danny Orton, Austin Tacker. Honorary pallbearers were Adam Barker, Justin Stuard, Kenny Stuard, Willie Byrd, Buddy Byrd, Billy Clay, Jr., Mtthew Underwood, Lacy Hollingsworth, Kip Helton, Randy Burt.
