Beatrice Mann Savage, age 86, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas formerly of Sumpter, Arkansas died Tuesday, December 19, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born June 6, 1920 in Sumpter, Arkansas a daughter of the late Mellie Mann and Irene Hickman Mann. She was a homemaker and a member of Martins Chapel United Methodist Church. She married Johnnie Alfred Savage on December 24, 1941 and he died May 24, 1991. Surviving are 3 daughters Patsy Savage, Nena Williams and Alice Owen all of Pine Bluff, Ark; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. 2 brothers Van Mann and Minor Mann and 5 sisters Myrtle Baker, Lena Bell Outlaw, Lorene Outlaw, Pearl Trammell and Ethel Smith also preceded her in death. Funeral services were 1:30pm Friday, December 22, at Frazerís Chapel with Rev. Wayman Mann, Rev. Grady May and Rev. Darren Williams officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist. Burial was in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter by Frazerís Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Hugh Allen Beasley, R.P. Outlaw, Winford McKinney, Greg Mann, Bill Jones and Gerald Wayne Wilson.
