Jo Ann Baker, age 72, of Crossett, AR. died Wednesday October 4, at her home. Born July 9, 1934 in Bradley County, AR. a daughter of the late Fletcher ďPeckĒ Outlaw and Dartha Grider Outlaw she was a retired cafeteria worker in the Crossett Public Schools for over 27 years and a member of Martinís Chapel United Methodist Church at Sumpter, AR. Also, preceding her in death was a sister Katrina Moore. Survivors are her husband Roy A. Baker whom she married in April of 1954. 1 son Jimmy Baker and spouse Rickie of Crossett, AR. 1 grandson Corey Baker of Crossett, AR. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Friday October 6, Frazerís Chapel with Rev. Wayman Mann, Rev. Grady May and Rev. Don Justice officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist and soloist was Nicole Williams. Burial was in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter, AR. by Frazerís Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Coy Drewery, Bob Outlaw, Ray Allen Outlaw, Charles Saffold, Hugh Allen Beasley and Alton Richard. Honorary pallbearers were Cliff Gates, Winford McKinney, Ken Thornton, Donald Stuard, Jim Anders, John Pennington, Felton Savage, Hoyle Mann and Brian Drewery.
