Nelka Sue Stuard Temple, age 67 of Kingsland, Arkansas died Thursday November 10, 2005, at Cleveland County Nursing Home, Rison. She was born August 23, 1938 in Bradley County, Arkansas a daughter of the late Lena Smith. She was raised by the late Herman Stuard and Ethel Forrest Stuard. She was a homemaker, an employee of the Watson Pharmacy, Fordyce, Ark and was a member of Kingsland Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving is her husband Thomas Temple whom she married on June 27, 1958 at Dallas, Texas; 2 sons Randy Temple, Dallas, Tex. and Scott Temple, Kingsland, Ark; 3 brothers Bartley Smith, Tyler, Tex, Randall Smith, Sumpter, Ark. and Beaver Smith, Hermitage, Ark; a sister Twila Sawyer, Warren, Ark. Funeral services were 10:00am Saturday, November 12, at Kingsland Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Bolin, Rev. Mark Rivers and Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Sheriff J.B. Smith gave the family remarks. Pianist was Rochelle Nicks, soloist were Randy Temple, Mike Peters and Alton Forrest. Burial was in Kingsland Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Mike Carter, Danny Smith, Robbie Smith, Beaver Ray Smith, Chris Stephens and Tommy Nix. Honorary pallbearers were James Grice, Clifton Grice, Harlan Moring, Curtis Kitchens, Frank Ward, John Childress and Hugh Miller. Memorials preferred to the Kingsland Missionary Baptist Church.
