Frances B. Williams age 79, of Warren, Arkansas died Thursday, October 27, at Wagnon Place Nursing Center. She was born October 12 1926 in Hamburg, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Jack Whitlock Sr. and Ruthie Pearl Livingston Whitlock. She was retired from Jack Winter with 20 years of service and later a demonstration agent in sales for 8 years. She was also a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Joe Louis Williams, whom she married October 30 1947 in Star City, Arkansas. 1 son, Eddie Williams and spouse Nena, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. 1 brother, Howard Whitlock, West Virginia. 2 sisters, Velma Gross, Bastrop, Louisana and Pauline O”Fallon, Crossett, Arkansas. 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by a brother Jack Whitlock, Jr. and a sister Bobby Jean O”Fallon. Funeral services were 2:00pm Saturday, October 29, at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Craig Jenkins officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist. Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery near Hermitage by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Steven Williams, Winford McKinney, Charles O’Neal, Jackie West, Randall Herring and Kerry Castleberry.
