Joe Mack Wall, age 77, of Hermitage, Arkansas died Thursday, February 26, at Countrywood Estates Nursing Home, Monticello. He was born October 30, 1926 at Warren, Arkansas a son of the late Roy Wall and Lila Williams Wall. He served in the US Navy during World War II, was a member of the Hermitage Baptist Church and was a retired rural mail carrier in Bradley County with 33 years of service. He married Minah Faye Neal Wall on November 29, 1953 at Hermitage, Arkansas and she died July 11, 2003. Surviving are 2 sons Roy Neal Wall and spouse Linda, Dulac, La. and James Clifton Wall and spouse Sherry, Hermitage, Ark.; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services were 3:30 pm Sunday, February 29, at Frazer’s Chapel by Rev. Robert Green and Rev. Jerry Hines. Janice Sullivan was the organist. Burial was in Neal Cemetery near Hermitage by Frazer’s Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Wacie Sweeny, David Dees, Gary Wayne Vines, Brad Harrod, Brent Harrod and Ricky Boley. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. James W. Marsh, MD, Ronald Clanton, Ernest Sangster, Curtis Howard, Bob Hill, John “M” Lipton and Steve Flemming. Memorials preferred to Neal Cemetery Association or Hermitage Baptist Church.
