Nancy Alice Shaver, age 64, of Fountain Hill died Friday March 5, at her home. She was born June 14, 1939 in Hermitage a daughter of the late Joe Savage and Sallie Durey Savage. She was a homemaker and member Fountain Hill United Methodist Church. Survivors are her husband William Anderson Shaver whom she married January 20, 1962, 2 sons Bobby “Skip” Maxwell, Fountain Hill, Ark. and Randy Shaver of Crossett, Ark.; 2 daughters Gena Vail, Hamburg, Ark. and Connie Pruitt, Monticello, Ark; 4 brothers Lyance “Bo” Savage and Eddie Savage both of Hamburg, Ark., Hamburg, Lawrence Savage of Mabelvale, Ark. and Jerry Savage, Mayflower, Ark.; 3 sisters Chyrl Slocum and Jackie Brooks both of Fountain Hill, Ark, and Elroy Kirkland of Woodville, Texas; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services were 3:30 p.m. Saturday March 6, at Fountain Hill United Methodist Church by Rev Gary Jordon and Rev. Boyd Savage. Linda Martin was the pianist and Ben Colder, Terri Ashcraft and Linda Martin were the soloists. Burial was in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter by Frazer’s Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Bubba Edwards, Ronnie Shaver, Ricky Savage, Carlton Savage, Rocky G. Savage and Jason Allison. Honorary pallbearers were Ralph Hudson, Billy Hudson, Jim Hudson and Fr4ank Hudson.
