Message: I spent so much of my childhood at the Leslie house that I still dream of it regularly. Mrs. Leslie was truly my "Mom-away-from-Mom." It was my dream come true to get her as my fifth grade teacher and when I was a little older, she sometimes drafted me to help grade her school papers, which I considered such a thrill and honor!
