Glendola Pinson age 94, of Johnsville, AR died Saturday, June 18th at the Bradley County Medical Center. She was born January 11th, 1922 in Bradley County, a daughter of the late George P. Cooper and Mable Ferrell Cooper. She was a retired teacher with the Hermitage Public School System with over 40 plus years of service teaching in special education and home economics. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, a graduate of the Vick Public Schools and the University of Arkansas. Also preceding her in death was a son, James Walter “Jimmy” Pinson and a brother Lawrence Cooper. She is survived by her daughter in law Debbie Pinson Daugherty and spouse Eugene, Johnsville, AR. 2 grandchildren Shanda Hancock and spouse Kevin, Johnsville, AR and Andrea Mann, Warren, AR. 5 great-grandchildren. Reagan Boykin, Ethan Boykin, Gage Boykin, Aubrey Mann and Alyson Mann. Graveside services were 10:00 AM Monday, June 20th at Calvary Cemetery with Rev. Felton Savage officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Don Hamilton, Kevin Hancock, Eugene Daughtery, Ethan Boykin, Jimmy Courtney and Charles Edward Ferrell.
