Carrol Wayne Duncan, age 73, of Rye, AR, died Tuesday, October 27, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. Born November 22, 1941 in Vernon, TX, a son of the late Joe Duncan and Clara Keenan Duncan. He was a retired mill manager from Tyson Foods with 16 plus years of service, a member Church of Christ and a U.S. Navy Veteran. Survivors are two sons Devin Duncan and spouse Dedy, Herbine, AR, Dewayne Duncan, Hamlin, TX. One daughter Kristi Cossey and spouse Nathan, Newark, AR. Two brothers Charles Duncan and spouse Linda, Bob Duncan and spouse Linda all of Sweetwater, TX. Four grandchildren Cole Duncan, Connor Cossey, Carrigan Cossey and Cayson Cossey. A nephew Reece Duncan and spouse Sandra, a niece Kim Reaves and spouse Mark, a great nephew Taylor Duncan, great niece McKae Duncan. Funeral service was 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 30, at Frazerís Chapel with Rev. Wade Peddy officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial with flag presentation was in Prosperity Cemetery at Pansy by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Scotty Ray Adair, James Moore, David Moore, Ronnie Adair, Craig Ashcraft, Tubby Adair and Marc Maroney.
