Message: Dick and family, Mine and my family's sympathy are with you during this time of your loss. Ms. Francis was one of those special people who had good influence on hundreds of young lives, and everyone who was her student, her neighbor, her friend or her acquaintence benefited from her guidance, her teaching, and her presence. She was indeed one of those individuals who made Warren a special place in which to grow up. She made her mark, and her reward is the many adults out there who were her students and were influenced in a positive way by her guidance. Her presence among us was indeed a gift from the Lord and we are all grateful for it. Go in peace Ms. Frances, and when we look back at all of the good times in our lives in Warren, you are certainly there in many ways. God Bless You.
