Message: To the Outlaw family. It is indeed sad to hear of the passing of your Uncle Luke as he was known I believe. His life and birthday was celebrated by many, especially the Outlaw family. My former Brother in Law, Morgan Outlaw, elder of son of Elmond Outlaw, often spoke of Uncle Luke. His passing is a loss to the family and a loss to the community. May he rest in peace under the watchful eye of the Lord.
