Coy Drewry

Coy Drewry, 71 years of age, of Little Rock, AR passed from this life to the next on October 2, 2013. He was born October 4th, 1941 at Richland Creek in Searcy County, AR. He was the son of the late Thomas Lester Drewry and Berniece Beal Drewry. Coy began his career in the construction equipment sales industry in 1962 at Rushing & Mason Equipment Co. He continued this career at Clark Machinery Co. in 1984. He worked at Clark Machinery for 29 years. Coy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching wildlife. But, most of all, he enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in all their activities. Coy was a Christian. He worshiped at the Windsong Church of Christ. Survivors are his wife of 46 years Linda Ruth Jones Drewry whom he married October 8, 1967. 1 son Brian Drewry and spouse Amy, Wooster, AR. 2 sisters Willa Simmons, Witt Springs, AR., Sharon Caughron and spouse Gary, Hector, AR. 3 grandchildren Will Drewry, Caroline Drewry, Claire Drewry, all of Wooster, AR. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services were 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Windsong Church of Christ with Rev. John Gipson officiating. Burial was 4:00 p.m. Saturday October 5, in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter, AR. by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active Pallbearers Cliff Furcron, Russ Furcron, Odell Pheiffer, Richy Hunter, Troy Sims, Darrell Harklau, David Mann and Jonathan Wood. Honorary pallbearers were Gary Caughron, Brandon Caughron, Brent Caughron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Coy to Central Arkansas Christian School, 1 Windsong Dr., North Little Rock, AR. 72113 or Windsong Church of Christ, 3 Windsong Dr., North Little Rock, AR. 72113.
