Nettie Clanton Rainey, age 78, of Crossett, AR. died Sunday September 29, in El Dorado, AR. Born November 10, 1934 in Ingalls, AR. a daughter of the late William Ruben Clanton and Juanita Hargraves Clanton she was a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister grandmother, aunt, friend, servant of the Lord and spent her life caring for others. Also preceding her in death was a spouse Wallace Rainey, Jr.; son Lanny M. Rainey, brother Dan Murvin Clanton, sister in law Reba Clanton. Survivors are 1 son Wendell M. Rainey, Monticello, AR., 1 daughter Teresa Walsh and spouse Jeff, Crossett, AR. 1 brother Bill M. Clanton and spouse Lexie, Crossett, Ar. 5 grandchildren Amy Walsh Kitchen, Caleb Walsh, Christa Rainey, Marcus Rainey, Zach Rainey. 2 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Tuesday October 1, at Union Hill Baptist Church in Ingalls, AR. with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Caleb Walsh, Zach Rainey, Marcus Rainey, Billy Clanton, Jr., Delton Clanton and Matthew Clanton.
