Emma Jean Morris Harris, age 81, of Little Rock formerly of El Dorado and Pine Bluff died Sunday, October 21, at Arkansas Hospice, Little Rock. She was born August 26, 1931 at Village, Ark. a daughter of the late James Alva Morris and Flossie Maloch Morris. She was a homemaker and a member of Marable Hill Baptist Church, El Dorado. She married James Franklin Harris on Dec. 30, 1949 and he died Feb. 21, 1994. Surviving are 3 sons David Harris, Little Rock, Ark, Randy Harris, Pine Bluff, Ark. and Mark Harris and spouse Gail, Fayetteville, Ark; a daughter Jamie Harris, Jackson, Miss; a grandchild Matt Harris and spouse Beth, Bella Vista, Ark. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers James Morris, Wade Morris and Hollis Morris and 2 sisters Sue Zenk and Melba Male. Graveside services were 2:00pm Tuesday, October 23, at Earnest Cemetery near Tinsman, AR. with Rev. Steve Pelz officiating. Arrangements were by Frazerís Funeral Home. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to St Judes, Memphis.
