Message: It is sad news to hear of LeRoy's passing. I remember him from the time I was very young and the many times I visited the Oklahoma Tire and Supply Store and its successor, Coast to Coast. LeRoy was a good and kind man and always took time to help you. I still have that chain saw I bought from him back when the store was open. To all of his family, please accept my condolences and know that Warren is a better place because LeRoy was a part of it for so many years.

Message: I am so glad I got to see and talk to Leroy at the Annual Vick School Reunion this year. He and Hilda did so much to help make this a success every year. I will never forget one of my trips to Warren, I was driving on the Monticello highway and saw Leroy on the City lot pulling weeds. I pulled in and got a big hug then I asked what he was doing-he said he just wanted to keep things looking good. If every city had a "LEROY" who wanted his city to look nice - can you imagine what a beautiful world we would live in. We know he is in that beautiful city now, love you Leroy. Hilda, I know what you are going through, you have my love and prayers.

Message: Ms Hilda, I thought so much of Mr Leroy, he was always such a pleasure to work with. I just happened to do a search for him today and learned of his passing. I am so sorry for your loss he was such wonderful. I can still hear his voice after all the many years that have passed, I used to love to hear him get excited, his voice pitch would go up and his speed would increase. I am so very blessed to have known your family.
