Anna Lee Galloway, age 89, of Warren, AR. died Thursday May 10, at Wagnon Place Nursing Home. Born July 5, 1922 in Solgohacia, AR. a daughter of the late G.G. Hewen and Maude Montgomery Hewen she was a retired fifth grade school teacher in the Warren Public School System, a member of Walnut Street Church of Christ, a graduate of Arkansas Tech University and the widow of Roy Galloway who died February 9, 1971. There are no immediate survivors. Graveside services were 2:00 p.m. Thursday May 17, at Oakland Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home.

Message: Mrs. Galloway was my 5th grade teacher way back in the early 50's. I loved her. I was having trouble with those 5 step reading math problems, and she got me straightend out on them, and it was smooth sailing from then on.
