Bessie Lou Teague Curry, age 99, of Warren, AR. died Thursday March 15, at Bradley County Medical Center. Born January 22, 1913 in Atkins, AR. a daughter of the late Richard Cleveland Teague and Mary Belle Johnston Teague she was a homemaker, member of Harmony Freewill Baptist Church and the widow of Fred Jackson Curry who died February 16, 2000. They were united in marriage January 21, 1933. Also, preceding her in death were brothers Floyd Teague, Fay Teague, Lochel Teague; sisters Jessie Brown, Viola Teague; a nephew Mike Teague, a niece Cathleen Brown Triplett. Survivors are 3 nieces Gladys Brown Taylor, Dora Brown Watts both of Warren, AR. and Dianne Teague Joyner, Waco, TX. 1 nephew Rev. Richard Henry Brown; Arkadelphia, AR. Funeral services were 4:00 p.m. Sunday March 18, at Frazerís Chapel with Rev. Tim Foreman and Rev. Ricky Rauls officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and soloist was Jonalyn Reep. Burial was in Union Cemetery at Rye, AR. by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Bill Taylor, Danny Taylor, Glen Watts, Jerry Watts, Roger George, Orbert Curry and Tracy Nichols. Active pallbearers were J.S. Gibson, J. Murray Young, Randy Nutt, Jimmy Reep and Gary Reep.
