Bobby Doyle Coats Sr. age 67 of Warren, AR. died Sunday January 8th. at his home. He was born April 19th, 1944 in Carlisle AR. a son of the late Doyle Coats and Johnnie Castleberry Coats Green. He was a graduate of the Warren School system, worked as a Millwright serving out of Local #2158, Moline , Ill. was a member of Moro Bay Baptist Church and loved to be at the deer camp. Bobby’s life long passion was playing guitar’s and making music with his family and friends. Also preceding him in death is his aunt and uncle Hugh and Norene Beard, by his brothers Merl Coats and Bill Coats, his Brother in laws Richard Johnston and Rick Mowery and a step father Paul Green. He is survived by his wife Tonya Mowery Cooper Coats, whom he married July 25th, 1992. 4 sons, Bobby Coats Jr., Paragould, AR.; John Theodore Cooper and Fiancé Teri Myrick, Monticello, AR.; Chadd Michael Cooper and Charles Allen Coats both of Warren, AR. A daughter Robbie Ann Barnett and spouse Monty Ray, Monticello, AR. 4 sisters Pat Johnston, Galion OH, Carol Shrader and spouse Howard, Mary Heminger, and Paulette Hankins all of Mansfield, OH. 5 grandchildren Amber Norene Barnett, Heather Nicole Barnett, Breana Bennett and Mallory Bennett and Mackinzi Graves all of Monticello, AR. and 1 great-grandchild Aubrey Norene Barnett. 2 very special friends Susan and Krystal Nicholson, Eldorado, AR. Numerous nieces and nephews and brother in laws and sister in laws. Funeral services were 1:30pm Tuesday January 10th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Joe McClellan officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and soloist were Jenna Jannings and Cary Cherry. Active pallbearers were Pat Ballentine, Jr., Glenn Gates, Lamar Pierce, Gary Saunders, Donny Paul Rice, Tommy Cornish, Jimmy Ray Reeves. Honorary pallbearers were Ralph Simmons, Jason Pennington, Steve Wiggins, member of Hopewell Deer Camp and member of Local # 2158, Moline, IL. Burial was in Williams Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
