Obituary:
Charlene Mann Lowe, age 75, of Warren, Ark. died Sunday, December 18, at Arkansas Heart Hospital, Little Rock. She was born November 15, 1936 at Warren, Ark. a daughter of Maxine Blankinship Mann, Warren, Ark and the late Wheeler Mann. She was a homemaker and a Jehovah Witness. Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband Carl Lowe whom she married on January 22, 1955; 2 sons Billy Carl Lowe, Chidister, Ark. and Mitchell Lloyd Lowe, Camden, Ark; a daughter Cathy Coleman, Hampton, Ark; 4 brothers Steve Mann, Mark Mann, Mack Mann and Ricky Mann all of Warren, Ark; 4 sisters Pat Galloway and Joyce Sipes both of Warren, Ark., Donna Lytle, Monticello, Ark. and Lana Bodiford, Hot Springs, Ark; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son Gregory Shane Lowe; 3 brothers Charles “Buddy” Mann, Jamie Mann and Wade “Bo” Mann and a sister Judy Gail Mann Taylor. Funeral services were 10:00am Tuesday, Dec 20, at Frazer’s Chapel with Steve Mann officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Chidister Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Scott Taylor, Shannon Taylor, Jeff Mann, Tracy Mann, Nichalous Mann and Joey Mann. Honorary pallbearers were Craig Mann, Paul Lytle and Blake Bodiford.
