Russell “Dale” Ellis, age 51, of Jacksonville, FL. died Wednesday May 11, at Community Hospice in Jacksonville. Born April 9, 1960 in Fort Worth, TX. he was a retired vacuum cleaner repairman and member of Saline Baptist Church. Survivors are 1 son Toby Ellis of Kansas. His father and step mother Kenneth and Lula Mae Ellis of Warren, AR. 2 brothers Wayne Ellis and Preston Carl Ellis both of Jacksonville, FL. 1 sister Paula Ellis Williams and spouse David of Wilmar, AR. His primary caregiver Alyssa Stankowipz of Jacksonville, FL. and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Doletta Phillips Ellis and a brother Alan Ellis. Memorial services were 2:00 p.m. Sunday May 15, at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. David Williams and Rev. Joe McClellan officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist. Arrangements were by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Memorials preferred to local Hospice Care facilities.
