Obituary:
Louise Beatrice Braswell Taylor, age 89, of Rye, AR. died Thursday February 3, at home. Born July 26, 1921 at Sumpter, AR. a daughter of the late Ed Braswell and Virgil Savage Braswell she was a homemaker and member of Enon Missionary Baptist Church. Also, preceding her in death was a sister Lois Alzeen Mann, a great-grandchild Ashley Holladay and a daughter in law Susan Doss Taylor. Survivors are her husband Floys Taylor whom she married January 31, 1942. 2 sons Bacil Taylor and spouse Rena and Galen Taylor all of Pine Bluff, AR. 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Sunday February 6, at Enon Missionay Baptist Church at Rye, AR. with Rev. Michael Kelly officiating. Sybil Vinson was pianist and music was provided by Mark Vinson and the Enon Missionary Baptist Church Choir. Active pallbearers were Jim Taylor, Todd Taylor, David Brown, Rhine Brown, Jason Robinson, Kip Sutton, Patrick Brown and Nicholas Brown. Honorary pallbearers were Hunter Taylor, Melton Swinney, Wendol Swinney, Gary Taylor, Billy Ray Jones, Thomas Jones, Jimmy Taylor and Roger Harris. Burial was in Enon Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home.
