Obituary:
Joe Frank McNabb, age 78, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas died Saturday, November 20, at Baptist Medical Center, Little Rock. He was born August 25, 1932 at Ingalls, Arkansas a son of the late James Ebbin McNabb and Lora Lou “Bea” Clanton McNabb. He was a 1950 graduate of Hermitage High School, served in the United States Air force 1954 to 1958. He was a retired machinist of 45 years for International Paper Company. Mr. McNabb was a member, board member and President elect of the Arkansas Historical Railroad Museum with 20 year of service to the museum. Surviving is his wife of 50 years Linnie Brown McNabb, whom he married on December 23, 1960 at Pine Bluff; 2 daughters Lynette Webber and husband Mark Webber, Lonoke, Ark; their children Mason, Madison and Morgan Webber; daughter Loretta Woods and her husband Scott Woods, Westfork, Ark; their children Cody Simmons, Meaghan, Ethan and Ty Ebbin Woods; 2 sisters Louise Jackson, Monticello, Ark and Lynn Burton, Camden, Ark; many nieces, nephews and cousins and friends. Funeral services were 1:30pm Wednesday, November 24, at Frazer’s Chapel with Jerry Gates officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial in Union Hill Cemetery at Ingalls by Frazer’s Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Cody Simmons, Mason Webber, Mark Webber, Scott Woods, Michael King and David Kell. Memorials preferred to the Arkansas Railroad Museum, Post Office Box 2044, Pine Bluff, Ark. 71613.
